HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

  • U.S. Orders: Typically delivered within 3-5 business days.

REHMA products are fulfilled in the United States and are prioritized for fast, reliable delivery. As such, the U.S. is the only country these products ship to.

Other Products:

  • U.S. Orders: Typically delivered within 4-7 business days.
  • Some items: May take 7-15 business days, depending on the product and fulfillment partner.

International Orders

  • International Orders: Delivery times typically range from 10–30 business days, depending on destination, product type, and fulfillment center.

Some products are not available for international delivery - noted on the product page.

Estimated delivery times are always shown on the product page when available.

Please understand that factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, holidays, and weather conditions, can sometimes cause shipping delays. While we aim for your package to arrive promptly, the shipping carrier is ultimately responsible for delivery timelines. Therefore, we cannot guarantee and exact delivery date.

WILL I RECIEVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes, we provide tracking information for every order once it has shipped. You'll receive you tracking number as soon as it becomes available through email. Keep in mind that individual items in your order may ship from different international fulfillment centers, as we carefully select sources for quality and value.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order without any cancellation fee within 24 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, please contact us via our contact form or the live chat support feature on our website. If your order has already shipped, please reach out to us via the contact form or any one of the options above.

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!

If you've made a mistake in your shipping address, please notify us immediately by contacting us through our email, contact form, or live chat support. We can usually make corrections within 24 hours. Customer service is one of our top priorities!

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

We take extra care in packaging your items. However, in a rare event that your product arrives damaged, please contact us with the following information.

  • A photograph of the damaged item

Once we receive this information, we'll be happy to refund your order free of charge.
